Coffi Lab

Coffi Lab is a much-loved independent coffee business with a strong identity, loyal following, and a brand built around quality, character and community. Coffi Lab’s mission is to bring a little happiness to neighbourhoods, alongside great tasting coffee, award-winning cakes and a dog-friendly atmosphere – all while raising vital funds for Guide Dogs UK.

Following the creation of the original brand identity, we were brought in to support its rollout as the business expanded into new locations. Our role was not to redefine the brand, but to help protect it – translating the existing identity into a consistent, practical system across stores, signage, packaging and day-to-day customer touchpoints.

Alongside this, we supported the evolution of their digital presence. Starting with their existing website, we built on the original platform to better align it with the growing brand, introducing greater flexibility and consistency across content and design.

As the business expanded further, we extended the website to include an ecommerce platform with customisable modules, enabling Coffi Lab to support online ordering and retail alongside their physical locations. As the brand continued to evolve, the digital platform developed in step with this journey.

At each stage of growth, we became a trusted creative partner, helping ensure each new site felt recognisably Coffi Lab, while maintaining the integrity and personality of the original brand.
