Situated within commuting distance of the capital, Alder Quarter is a beautiful development of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. We were presented with the opportunity to create a fitting brand design and marketing material for this luxury development. This brand identity included naming, a website design, brochure and advert design. We were excited to have the freedom to create a naming solution and brand identity, and set about researching possible outcomes.
Developing an identity
There were many factors we considered when developing a brand for the development, including the town’s history and intended audience. For a naming solution, we played on the town’s name, Aldershot, also aware that ‘Alder’ is a variety of tree. We used a dark green to pay homage to Aldershot’s army history and represent our inspiration from nature. As the development was appealing to professional London commuters, Alder Quarter needed a high end brand to attract this audience. We used a serif typeface to reflect this luxury appeal alongside the deep green colour palette.
We wanted to ensure Alder Quarter was effectively marketed across all platforms. By developing email marketing campaigns, we were able to reach audiences without the means of print. This extended to a designed and developed website for sale enquiries and essential information for prospective buyers. Our digital brand development also included bespoke illustrations to communicate key features of the apartments.
We made sure to cover all bases with our marketing strategy, additionally creating adverts, hoarding and a brochure design. Our brochure design details Alder Quarter’s overview, specifications and commuter benefits of Aldershot, alongside beautiful CGI imagery. As a prestigious development for commuting, London based professionals, it was important to show these key transport links into the capital.
