With new owners came a new lease of life for Seel & Co. This long established Welsh auction house has expertise and services ranging from lettings and estate management to surveys and valuations. Their rebrand came together with a complete reform of their marketing strategy and objectives. Covering all the bases, from brochure design to website design, we created a new forward-thinking strategy and design assets ready for Seel & Co’s new ventures. It was time for out with the old, and in with the new.

Auction brochure design
As one of the first deliverables we created and as an integral part of Seel & Co’s auction, the brochure had to be right to set the style, tone and expectation for the brand. We worked with Seel & Co to produce the brochure and addendum according to the property lots, including any changes and late entries. The tight print deadlines required us to make amendments quickly and across all other deliverables.

Change in tone
Needless to say, Seel & Co needed a complete refresh after years of stagnant messaging and no development of their tone of voice. We worked with the new owners to form a unique language and tone, that allows them to be individual amongst their competitors. As a business with big ambitions, it was important to ensure brand longevity in a saturated market.





Taking on digital
With marketing comes more than printed advertisements and strategy. We worked with Seel & Co to make them a truly modern and digital business.
With a long outdated web presence and no property feed, Seel & Co were in need of a thorough online refresh. Consistent in visual style, the new website delivers a user friendly experience and most importantly, auction lots and lettings feeds. Now reflective of Seel & Co’s professional services and approachable tone, the website has become a future-proof and effective marketing tool.



Getting social
Bringing Seel & Co into a new age of marketing meant a complete overhaul of their social media. Before our new strategy was put into effect, their social platforms were lacking content and interactions. To increase their social traction, the promotion of upcoming auctions, services and properties was given priority.
Since implementing our social media strategy, Seel & Co has seen increased interactions across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. With fresh content for each auction, Seel & Co are now able to build an effective online, social presence.
